Personally, I possess an important strength which is my desire to always do the best that I can in all life aspects. Even though this is a human nature desire, oneà ¢Ã¢â ¬s ability to put into action the desire can separate oneà ¢Ã¢â ¬s successes from failures. This strength that pushes someone to perform to his level best however makes him fearful, worry and anxious, three things that have the largest control over oneà ¢Ã¢â ¬s ability to give room for human nature to take its course.Being an employee at New York Country Club, worry trap has been befalling me at various instances as a result of my so called strengths to desire of everything good and being perfect in everything I do. My duties encompassed providing a golf experience for members that would possibly be enjoyable and most convenient. The greatest worries come during two days set aside for a tournament in which main participants are member guests. Every one looks forward to impress the members. During this yearà ¢Ã¢â ¬s occasion on a Friday on the eve of the fatherà ¢Ã¢â ¬s day all workers show up early to begin prior preparations. The end for the set up is however good, not until the last fifteen minutes when chaos erupt. Fifteen minutes before the tee-off, with my desire to be the best, I gathered a caddieà ¢Ã¢â ¬s team to close the range to members and begin the clean up that was rushed with desire to impress the guests being the main driving force. The set up for the range was done on the first and eighteenth fairway that meant balls and range equipment that was left detracted from the ability of the members to blow their own trumpet. After efficient working and getting all the balls up in a ten minutes duration, another hourly employee and I carted the caddies back to their bags then went back to clea n up the set up for the range. Three minutes were the tie set for us to finish returning the caddy or else miss the ride that was set for us, which would make us to walk all the way to our starting hole.
